Role Models will present inspiring stories how they successfully built a diverse start-up team and culture. They will share their hands-on approach and best-practice that helped them succeed.

How to find, win and integrate:

– international talent – relatively new to Berlin/Germany
– Germans with migrational background, e.g. Muslim women
– Women in Leadership positions
– Women in traditionally male dominated industries
– LGBTQIA+ people
