Ask female founders – with Jolene Ernesti – Exit story to learn from

We will talk about success stories, EXIT made by ECOTREK, SIBB alumni, and a WLOUNGE startup, strategy, and management.

We are building more and more success made by women and diverse teams.

An open discussion with Jolene Ernesti who pioneered in the field of procurement as the Co-Founder, ECOTREK and Mali Baum, CEO WLOUNGE.

In the fifth event of our „Ask Female Founders“ series we introduce Jolene Ernesti.

As female founder and EXIT maker Jolene Ernesti will give some insights about the strategy, mental health and management that bring their young startup to a success 5 digit number EXIT in 2022. A SIBB alumni, and a WLOUNGE startup.

Together with Mali Baum and WLOUNGE community and network of women ( and good men) in tech leadership from across Europe and funding strategies for female-led / co-led startups. Get valuable information and ask your questions. Get to know other women in tech and (future) female tech founders, also get access to the network for your own growth and needs.

Mali Baum and WLOUNGE will support this event series in her role as the official „Women in Tech“ partner of SIBB Deep Tech Startup Stipendium. More events will follow with exciting female, diverse and non-female founders that support our female tech entrepreneur mission. Their valuable insights will contribute to our female entrepreneur’s success and will encourage future female founders to start their own tech businesses.

This collaboration with SIBB X WLOUNGE is already raising a significant success rate with bringing the cohorts into a 50/50 in diverse cohort as one of the goals of the partnership.

The event is open for all genders and all levels of supprt,

SIBB Startups will be there and ask questions about their first or next funding steps.

This will be a nice and cozy end-of-year event with drinks and snacks.
